发明名称 METHOD FOR COMPRESSION OF LINEAR AND SUPERSPIRAL DNA MOLECULES
摘要 A method for compression of linear and superspiral DNA molecules involves creation of amino mica with high hydropathy and surface density of protonated amino groups for subsequent immobilization of linear and superspiral DNA molecules. The immobilization of DNA molecules to the amino mica surface with high hydrophoby and surface density of protonated amino groups is used, which surface is obtained by treatment of freshly cleaved mica in the gas phase with three times distilled 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, according to the enumerated protocol, specifically at the exposition of a drop of DNA solution for two minutes with the following washing of a mica surface with ultra pure water of 1 ml by volume, blowing with rare gas argon flow and drying a sample at pressure of 30 mm hg for 20 minutes.
