A vacuum-vibration milking machine contains teat cups, vacuum machines, and hoses, in particular milk one and vacuum one with a tap. The teat cups are arranged in the body, hingedly connected to the body of a massage apparatus on one side and with a stopper of the working position of the massage apparatus and the body of the teat cups on the other side. The massage apparatus is made according to the shape of the side surface of a cone, it is connected with a vibrator and installed into the circle of a frame. The teat cups in the body and the massage apparatus in the circle of the frame are arranged on elastic resilient elements in such a manner as to allow oscillating thereof. The main frame is made as a lever with immovable support.
