METHOD FOR PREPARING POLYVALENT AUTOVACCINE FOR TREATING PYO-SEPTICAL DISEASES

A method for preparing the polyvalent autovaccine for treating pyo-septical diseases provides for the additional use of Klebsiella pneumonia spp. in the vaccine. Each isolated culture of the bacteria from the pathogenic materials of the patients as well as the culture of Klebsiella pneumonia spp. are grown separately. The pellets upon the washing with the physiologic saline are treated with the hydrolyzed cod-liver oil (Ectericide pharmaceutical preparation), incubated for 3-5 days at the temperature of 37 DEGREE C. Then all the individual antigens are combined at the equal ratios to the polyvalent vaccine and incubated in the thermostat for one day under the same conditions.
