A method for definition of local tumorous immunosuppression by research in tumor cells of suppressive cytokines by a method of polymerase-chain reaction (PCR) includes isolation of cells into the cellular suspension from a tumorous tissue, isolation RNA from cells, transfer the RNA into DNA in the reaction of reverse transcription, carrying out of PCR with use specific primers, carrying out of electrophoresis of obtained amplificated samples. Besides, just isolated cells of tumor, which is just removed during the operative intervention, and specific primers for realization of PCR for IL-10 and TGF-? are used.
