To floating not self-braking spring-supported at both sides screw with central square opening square rod goes in, on this one square washer with circular gaskets and openings at outer diameter is placed with possibility of rotation and displacement along the rod and with possibility of coincidence of its openings with openings provided at the walls of the body.
