摘要 An SN(Silicon Nitride) heater using an instant ignition circuit is provided to reduce power consumption by igniting the SN heater in less than 2.5 seconds at an input voltage of 220V. A power supply(10) supplies a constant voltage. An EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference) filter(20) removes a noise from the power supply. A voltage detector(30) detects a peak voltage of a source frequency. A source frequency synchronizer(40) detects a zero position of the source frequency. A microcomputer(50) is programmed according to an algorithm for controlling output power, so that an SN heater operating at 100V is instantly ignited in less than 2.5 seconds, based on output signals from the source frequency synchronizer and the voltage detector. A frequency dividing circuit(60) receives a control signal from the microcomputer, divides the source frequency signal according to a predetermined ratio, and outputs the divided signal at a constant level. A current detector(70) receives an output signal from the frequency dividing circuit, checks an instant current, and detects a temperature of the SN heater.
