A device for fastening of striking plate to the mobile traverse of press includes holding rods with the heads and wedge openings, in which the wedges are installed with the stops against self-wedging. The stop of wedges is executed in the form of a tightening device with the thread and the nuts at the ends, which combines in pairs the wedges of adjacent holding rods, in this case the wedges are returned towards each other.
