A cap with manual pump-sprayer contains a jacket, a housing, a pump with cylindrical piston and spring, a valve element, longitudinal hole in the housing with a nozzle at output end, head with axial opening, pressure cock, cover with axial opening in the upper end and thread on internal surface. The piston is made with hollow stock, the head is made with hollow protrusion, which contains openings in side wall, and openings in the end of head located along the perimeter of peripheral part, valve element is located in the cavity between the piston and hollow stock. Between lower end of housing and internal butt end of cover is installed the coupling with axial opening for hollow stock, executed from the side of upper end with cylindrical protrusions intended for arrangement in the inlet of housing and for installation of annular sealer for the hollow stock. The bushing in the form of container with one or two openings is installed between the nozzle and the head, said openings are located on the periphery of bottom, and longitudinal fastening protrusions for interaction with longitudinal grooves are made on external side of container on internal surface of the longitudinal hole of housing from the side of output end.
