A windmill has blades fixed in two layers on the axis of rotation. Each blade can be formed of one, three and more modules forming pockets - cavities, on the basis of shape algorithm determined. All the free space of the turbine, between the layers and at the ends at beneath and above, is filled with triangular screens. Due to that turbine is continuous, three-dimensional one, where unit-area windage is considerable, this in turn considerably increases its power and efficiency.
