An appliance for air treatment in combustion engine has two electrodes in flow-through channel, those are connected to the high-voltage current source. The first electrode is arranged as a pipe made of electro-conductive material, and the second one in the form of thin electro-conductive filament installed inside the first one on two holders made of insulating material. The electrodes are connected to the high-voltage pulse source of alternating voltage with pulse frequency being varied depending on speed of rotation of the engine.
