Toroidal friction speed variator of rotary motion has input and output shafts with friction discs, a mechanism for displacement of disc on outlet shaft, a movable frame on which satellites and hydro-cylinders for change of angle of inclination of satellites are fixed, this makes it possible to vary the rate of rotary motion. Satellites are fixed in the ring that is fixed in pins in such a way that the center of the satellite axis is in equatorial plane of toroidal surfaces of both discs and tangent to the circle of rotation of the center of generating circle of the torus. The diameter of the satellite is equal to the diameter of the generating circle. On the rim eyes are provided, those through hydro-cylinders are connected to eyes of the central section of the frame.
