A method for manufacturing a plasma display panel manufacturing method and a laser head exposure apparatus are provided to form uniformly line widths of barrier ribs and electrodes by minimizing an exposure difference between an overlapped part and other parts. A first panel is manufactured by forming address electrodes and barrier ribs on a first substrate. A second panel is manufactured by forming sustain electrodes and scan electrodes on a second substrate. The first and second substrates are attached to each other. An exhaust/injection process is performed to exhaust air from a discharge space between the first and second panels and inject a discharge gas into the discharge space. A first scanning exposure process is performed in one of the first panel manufacturing process and the second panel manufacturing process. A second scanning exposure process is performed after the first scanning exposure process. The first and second scanning exposure processes are performed repeatedly. A first control region(Ma) of a laser head exposure unit(H) in the first scanning exposure process is overlapped with a second control region(Mb) of the leaser head exposure unit in the second scanning exposure processes.
