The proposed system for monitoring and controlling movable and fixed objects contains a unit for processing information and generating control signals, facilities of the Global Mobile Communication System, units for controlling the objects, speakerphone facilities, power-supply units, and additionally, a unit for controlling and providing access to control signals, a synthesizer of voice signals, a unit for receiving dual-tone multi-frequency signals, an accumulator power-supply unit, and a charger. The proposed system is distinctive by its enhanced reliability and provides protection against unauthorized use of control signals.
