Method for growing crystals of praseodymium PrBO3 and neodymium borates ?d??3 comprises preparation of the charge of SrO, B2O3 and Pr6O11 or Nd2O3, carrying out of preliminary solid phase synthesis, melting obtained compounds with subsequent cooling and monocrystals growing on platinum rod. The composition of charge corresponds to the area of diagram of crystallization of praseodymium borate PrBO3 or neodymium borate NdBO3 in triple phase systems of SrO-RE2O3-B2O3, where RE - Pr or Nd, at the temperature lower than 1300 ?C.
