A computer numerical controller applied micro-discharge machining apparatus is provided to maximize the productivity by promptly and accurately realizing the micro-three dimensional molding. A computer numerical controller applied micro-discharge machining apparatus machines a three dimensional mold by a PC with a micro-discharge machining unit. The micro-discharge machining unit includes an X and Y axis stage(20), a machining box(30), an electrode machining unit(40), a Z axis stage, and a discharge machining unit. The discharge machining unit is installed on the front side of the Z axis stage and machines a minute hole in a machined article by rotating a spindle.
