A simple device for piercing all types of material with extreme precision and without the least damage, comprises a flexible rubber element (1) of different colors, with a circular, oval or polygonal shape, with a hole (3) with a diameter less than that of the drill to be used. The hole is situated at the intersection of two orthogonal diameters when the element is circular or oval or of two orthogonal diagonals when the element is polygonal. The flexible rubber element has front and back surfaces and at least the back surface is coated with a coextensive adhesive surface (2) (claimed).
