The visor has a pair of integrated safety goggles or sunglasses (2), and a semi-rigid hinge (7) formed by the cutting of a substrate constituting the visor. The hinge permits the bending of the substrate. Lateral integrated branches (6) are foldable and immobilized by fasteners e.g. Velcro (5). The semi-rigidity of the hinge maintains the glasses in a raised position from the central position. Clamps (4) maintain the visor in place.
