Provided is a fish sorting apparatus having a sorting plate, thereby improving a sorting efficiency by inducing fishes to a moving slit mounted on a protruding portion of the sorting plate. The sorting plate has a plate-shaped body(31), plural protruding portions(32) formed on the body in a transfer direction of fishes and disposed in a cross direction with respect to the transfer direction of the fishes at regular intervals, a moving slit(34) positioned between the protruding portions to transfer the fishes with a part of the fish being inserted into the moving slit, and a sorting hole(36) extending from a gap(G) of the moving slit for passing selectively through the fishes in size order. The sorting hole is formed in plural holes along the moving slit at regular intervals.
