A submersible device for safety check-up of an underwater structure is provided to correctly and directly check the corrosion and scour of the structure by the worker through the transparent plate installed at the body. A submersible device(10) for safety check-up of an underwater structure comprises a body(20) having a space in which a worker rides, a transparent plate(27) through which the worker checks the outside, and a door(29) arranged at one side of the transparent plate, and through which the worker rides; a cover attached at the upper surface of the body to close up the inside of the body and formed at the upper surface with a pulling-up hook(33) to combine a wire of the crane putting the body in the water and lifting the body from the water by using the crane; plural weight members(40) attached at the lower surface of the body to prevent the body from floating on the water by buoyancy; and an air injection pipe(60) supplying the air in the body. The body comprises a rectangular base plate(21) formed with an insertion hole where a fixing member(50) is inserted to fix the weight members, a frame(23) installed at the base plate with a predetermined interval to fix the transparent plate, a fixing rim(25) fixed at the upper part of the frame and formed with plural bolts(25a) where nuts(N) are combined to fix the cover, and penetration holes where the bolts of the fixing rim are penetrated at the cover.
