A manufacturing method of a laminated vinyl bag bundle and a case receiving the vinyl bag bundle are provided to prevent several sheets from being withdrawn at one time according to the formation of the withdrawing hole at the upper surface or one side surface of the case. A manufacturing method of a laminated vinyl bag bundle comprises a step of coating an adhesive(12) with a predetermined gap at a double-folded vinyl bag textile(10) supplied by an adhesive coater(30); a step of hot blast-drying the adhesive coated with a predetermined gap at the vinyl bag textile through a blower(32); a step of forming a heat fusion unit(16) blocking the inner space with a predetermined gap at the cylindrical vinyl bag textile by passing the vinyl bag textile through a fusion welding machine(40), heat-welding with a predetermined gap; and a step of overlapping/supplying the vinyl bag textile on vinyl bags(14) cut and stored before and attaching the vinyl bag laminated when a cutting blade(52) of a cutter(50) cuts the vicinity of the heat fusion unit of the vinyl bag and a pushing member(54) compresses the part of the adhesive of the vinyl bag.
