A headrest for a car seat, which is movable forward/backward and right/left, is provided to improve user's comfort by enabling the headrest to be fixed to a desired position by the user, reinforce and simplify the structure, and prevent minor troubles. A headrest for a car seat, which is movable forward/backward and right/left, comprises a rotary moving part(30), a pair of horizontal moving parts(40,40a), and a restriction part(50). The rotary moving part is hinged upon both sides of a base frame(20) fixed to the upper center of a pole(10), and rotated with respect to the hinge point. The pair of horizontal moving parts are hinged upon both upper ends of the rotary moving part, and horizontally moved, that is, forward and backward with respect to the base frame according to rotation of the rotary moving part. The restriction part is mounted to the rotary moving part to restrict movement of the rotary moving part at certain positions. The restriction part comprises a horizontal gear(51) having a plurality of protrusion teeth, a rotary gear(52), and a support spring. |
