A cutter for disassembling a wasted air filter of a railroad vehicle is provided to insert a circular cutter into the wasted air filter to partially cut the wasted air filter and cut the wasted air filter along the circumference of the wasted air filter by rotating a position determining jig. A cutter for disassembling a wasted air filter for a railroad vehicle includes a first shaft(20), a position determining jig(30), a vise unit(40), a pair of circular cutters(50), a second shaft(25), a drive motor(55), a cutter feeding unit(60), and a first shaft rotating unit(70). The cutter feeding unit moves a pair of circular cutters so that the circular cutters can move toward the position determining jig forward or rearward. The first shaft rotating unit rotates the first shaft so that the pair of circular cutters can cut the wasted air filter fixed by the vise unit along the circumference of the wasted air filter when the pair of circular cutters are moved forward by the operation of the cutter feeding unit. |
