摘要 A ground-type arm steel for processing a super-high voltage at a telegraph pole is provided to protect an electric insulator from the super-high voltage by blocking a super-high current from being delivered to the electric insulator. An insertion portion includes a telegraph pole and a through-hole, which is formed along a length direction of the telegraph pole. A support portion includes a central groove, a rotating mount, and a conductive support frame. A frame structure(100) includes an electric insulator, a fixing mount(120), first and second fixing frames(140,140'), first and second presses(130,130'), and first and second coating materials(150,150'). An insertion hole, to which a fixing bar is rotatably inserted, is formed on an upper surface of the electric insulator. A screw and a cushion unit are formed at upper and side surfaces of the fixing mount. When a fastening nut of the screw is fastened, the first and second fixing frames are coupled with each other. When a fastening bolt is fastened, the first and second presses fix the fixing mount by attaching curved portions of the first and second fixing frames to each other. The coating materials are applied on contact surfaces of the first and second fixing frames, which are contacted with the fixing mount and the first and second presses.
