The assembly has upper and lower frames (16, 18) including respective sets of massaging balls rotatably mounted around respective support rods (17, 19). The assembly has a rotary cleaning brush (20) placed between the frames. Actuating motors (22, 27) have lower driving pulleys (23, 28) cooperating with driving belts (24, 29), respectively. The belt (29) cooperates with a third driving belt for sliding the assembly.
