A fixing device of a dry standing-up air duct is provided to easily fix the air duct according to the formation of the combining plate installed with the cutting groove. A fixing device(100) of a dry standing-up air duct formed for the air conditioning system in the building comprises a combining plate(110) formed with a cutting groove(111) widened to both directions at one side of a bend-type ring hook vertically formed at the ground; and a support plate(120) integrally extended at the lower end of the combining plate and widened to the outside, formed with the cutting groove and a combining unit(123) at the band-type ring hook horizontally formed at the ground, and formed with an incision groove(122) at the opposite area of the combining unit. The incision groove of the support plate is shaped like a triangle or a square opened to the outside.
