PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning unit capable of controlling cold/hot water and air flow per each of air conditioning systems without wasting power consumption and structured compact by unifying necessary air conditioning equipment with one air conditioning system. SOLUTION: This air conditioning unit 1 structures each of air conditioners in a variable flow type air conditioning system formed by connecting a plurality of air conditioners 2 to a cold/hot source machine 8 for generating cold/hot water. A cold/hot water coil 3, in which the cold/hot water flows, a plurality of compact fans 6 for blowing air, of which heat is exchanged between the cold/hot water coil 3, and local pumps 7 for supplying cold/hot water to the cold/hot water coil 3 per a unit are housed in one casing for unification.
