LIQUID FOR JETTING, JETTING METHOD, METHOD OF TURNING LIQUID INTO DROPLETS, CARTRIDGE, AND JETTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid composition as a liquid for jetting for stably jetting a liquid containing at least one of a protein and a peptide by giving a thermal energy to it, a method of turning the liquid into liquid droplets, a jetting method and a jetting device suitable for utilizing protein droplets.

SOLUTION: To at least one of water solution of the protein and the peptide, a compound having a betaine skeleton is added, and the thermal energy is given to improve the jetting aptitude.
