<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder for printing ink which contains no chlorine and is versatilely applicable for various kinds of plastic film such as a polyester, a nylon and a polyolefin. <P>SOLUTION: The binder for printing ink comprises a modified polyolefin (a1) having one or more functional group selected from the group consisting of a primary amino group and a secondary amino group, and a polyurethane resin (A) prepared from an active hydrogen constituent (a) including a polyol (a2) and an organic polyisocyanate (b). Preferably, (a1) is a modified polyolefin obtained by modifying a heat degraded substance of a low crystalline polyolefin, the low crystalline polyolefin having a melt viscosity at 190°C of 400-9,000 mPa s and a crystallinity of 0-40%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
