PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless base station apparatus, wireless terminal, and communication method capable of quickly carrying out handover processing and dynamically distributing a communication load under the leadership of the wireless base station apparatus. SOLUTION: A frequency channel different from that of a wireless terminal 2b is assigned to a wireless base station apparatus 2a, the same identifier is provided to wireless base station apparatuses 2a, 2b, the wireless base station apparatuses 2a, 2b share/synchronize configuration information of the BSS formed by the identifier with each other, and the wireless base station apparatuses 2a, 2b properly relay signals transceived by wireless terminals 3a, 3b.
