PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage information of an object to be computerized, as electronic data. SOLUTION: Each kind of attribute information concerning the prescribed attribute classification of the objects to be computerized is assigned to each one of a plurality of trays for placing the objects to be computerized, which are arranged in an electronic data generating device, and is managed as tray attribute information. When electronic data generated in the electronic data generating device is received from the electronic data generating device, it is specified on which one of the trays the object to be computerized corresponding to the received electronic data is placed.
