PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus activated according to control information stored in a flip-flop group capable of detecting the occurrence of an abnormality state resulting from part of the flip-flop group being reset by the intrusion of external noise from an asynchronous reset input terminal. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is configured such that a detection flip-flop 4 is connected to a reset net for delivering an asynchronous reset signal received from the asynchronous reset input terminal 1 to the flip-flop group and the detection flip-flop 4 sensitively reacts more than the flip-flop group on a pulse output to the reset net to be reset.
