PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UV-curable resin composition in a particulate dispersion system which improves diffraction efficiency in the entire visible region, decreases flare light or a ghost image, and induces no partial dropping in the diffraction efficiency in each wavelength region. SOLUTION: The UV-curable resin composition comprises a resin comprising at least (A) a carbazole monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated group in the molecule or a polymer having 20,000 to 150,000 number average molecular weight (Mn), or a mixture of them, (B) a crosslinking agent, (C) a photopolymerization initiator and (D) a dispersant, and containing (E) ITO fine particles.
