PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic grout made by using ready-mixed concrete sludge excellent in solidification characteristics and low in cost, which can be used for filling a cavity in a civil engineering structure and for lightweight embankment, reclamation and the like, by efficiently using a large amount of ready-mixed concrete sludge produced as industrial waste, and a grouting method using the grout. SOLUTION: The plastic grout using ready-mixed concrete sludge is made by mixing a plasticizer solution B consisting of a plasticizer and water and an A solution containing the ready-mixed concrete sludge.
