PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pressure-adhesive postcard paper sheet with a curtain coating apparatus, by which the product having a uniform quality can stably be produced for a long period. SOLUTION: This method for producing the pressure-adhesive postcard paper sheet, comprising colliding and coating a continuously traveling paper web with a curtain film which comprises an adhesive layer composition consisting mainly of a fine particulate filler and a pressure-sensitive adhesive not showing tackiness and adhesiveness in ordinary states but showing releasable adhesiveness in pressed states and is dropped from a curtain head of a curtain coater, is characterized in that the adhesive layer composition comprises an alkyl cellulose compound and an anionic polyacrylamide-based resin obtained by reacting an acrylamide monomer (a) with an anionic vinyl monomer (b). The method for producing the pressure-adhesive postcard paper sheet, wherein the adhesive layer composition contains an acetylene glycol derivative represented by the general formula (1) and having an HLB of 11 to 18.
