PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition exerting excellent adhesive characteristic after crosslinking, especially excellent in adhesiveness to a curved surface, excellent in transparency and weatherability in long term storage, under heated condition, and at a high temperature treatment, an adhesive layer formed by the adhesive composition and its manufacturing method, and an adhesive sheet having the adhesive layer. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition contains 0.02-2 parts by weight isocyanate crosslinking agent, and 0.02-2 parts by weight peroxide to 100 parts by weight (meth)acrylic polymer containing 50-99.45 wt.% (meth)acrylic monomer represented by general formula CH<SB>2</SB>=C(R<SB>1</SB>)COOR<SB>2</SB>(wherein R<SB>1</SB>is hydrogen or methyl group, R<SB>2</SB>is a 2-14C alkyl group), 0.5-15 wt.% unsaturated carboxylic acid, and 0.05-5 wt.% (meth)acrylic monomer containing a hydroxyl group.
