PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-handle and rapidly curable composition and an electric and electronic material which is obtained by curing the composition and excellent in electric properties, heat resistance, water resistance and the like. SOLUTION: The electric and electronic material contains a component (A) and a component (B) and is free from silicone compounds. Component (A): A vinyl polymer having not less than two groups expressed by general formula (1): -OC(O)C(R<SP>a</SP>)=CH<SB>2</SB>( wherein, R<SP>a</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a 1-20C organic group) in the molecule and not less than one group expressed by general formula (1) at the terminal of the molecule out of the groups.
