PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subtraction image of high diagnostic ability while moving a supporting apparatus corresponding to the moving speed/diffusing situation of a contrast medium without being exposed to radiation unnecessarily. SOLUTION: When an X-ray irradiation position of a mask image and that of a contrast image are deviated in the case of carrying out DSA photographing, a C arm-top plate position detection part 42 detects the relative position of a C-arm 5 and a top plate 5, and a mask image deviation correction part 16a matches the patient position of a mask image and that of a contrast image after photographing by the unit of pixel. In order to minimize deviation between the mask image and the contrast image even at the stage of taking the image, based on a signal showing an X-ray irradiation possible range supplied from a C-arm-top plate position detection part 42, a system control part 17 controls X-ray irradiation timing.
