PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle-hanging rod used in a noodle production apparatus, having adequate hardness on the surface, forming adequate deformation by load of hung noodle and having linearly restoring elasticity when load of noodle is removed. SOLUTION: The noodle-hanging rod used in the noodle production apparatus is obtained by fitting a FRP rod 1 whose both ends are tapered into a stainless pipe 2 and then, drawing the stainless pipe 2 along the taper 6. The noodle-hanging rod is lightweight and has elasticity, high surface hardness and endurance and the rod is hygienic. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
