PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a specially-equipped vehicle capable of remote steering by a wireless signal and reducing a setting space and cost and a specially-equipped vehicle wireless control system. SOLUTION: This control device 45 is provided on the specially-equipped vehicle furnished with a lift cylinder 20 of a cargo receiving platform elevator system 4, a slide cylinder 14, a motor 28, solenoid change-over valves 32, 34, 42, 44 to drive and control them and a conductor relay 37, and it is furnished with a receiving part 51 to receive the wireless signal to remote-steer the cargo receiving platform elevator system 4, a computing part 53 to generate a driving command signal by carrying out specified computing processing on the wireless signal, etc. received by this receiving part 51 and an output part 54 to respectively output the driving command signal generated by this computing part 53 to the solenoid change-over valves 32, 34, 42, 44 and the conductor relay 37.
