<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile device, effectively eliminating carbon dioxide from a fuel electrode, capable of obtaining a stable output, having a simple manufacturing process and a structure, and equipped with a high-output fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile device is equipped with a fuel cell generating power with the supply of organic liquid fuel to a fuel electrode and a vibration means.
