<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical characteristic measuring apparatus and an image processing system capable of achieving a function such as BRDF corresponding to multi-band. <P>SOLUTION: The optical characteristic measuring apparatus is provided with a table 20 mounted rotatably to θ1 direction and θ2 direction, an irradiation section 40 for irradiating light to a sample S placed on the table 20, and a camera 50 for taking a photograph of the sample S.
