<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a computer from unauthorized access by third parties without applying any correction program to security holes. <P>SOLUTION: A condition determining means is provided for acquiring execution permission conditions that match a command analyzed by a command analysis part 13 from command-based execution permission conditions recorded in a condition recording part 14 and for determining whether or not the execution permission conditions are met. If the result of determination by the condition determination means indicates that the execution permission conditions are met, the command is given to the operating system 7a of a computer 7.
