<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a postural correction implement, enabling the old and the young to recover the declined muscle by gentle exercise without hard training and pains causing exhaustion of physical strength to improve bending of the back and waist and to correct a posture damaging the health without strain. <P>SOLUTION: This postural correction implement includes: a main body; and a grip part, wherein the main body is formed like a belt, a cord or a rope, and both end parts of the main body are provided with grip parts held in hand to generate initial load acting on arbitrary muscle, thereby promoting isotnia stretch and contraction or isometric stretch and contraction in the muscle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
