<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency switching module which is small-sized and capable of attenuating higher harmonics with low loss nor the insertion of a new low-pass filter, and a radio communication device mounted with the same. <P>SOLUTION: A branching filter circuit, a switch circuit, and a filter circuit are formed on the top surface of or in a multilayer substrate formed by laminating dielectric layers and conductor layers alternately, and an integrated circuit element SWIC constituting the switch circuit is mounted on a surface-layer electrode 26.
