<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, and an image processing program for carrying out color conversion corresponding to metamerism caused when an original is read. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus includes: an image processing unit 111 for carrying out image processing on the basis of information associated with a designated kind of the original; and a system control unit 203 for controlling the image processing. The image processing unit 111 includes: a one dimensional LUT section 212 for reading the original, generating an image signal expressed in a prescribed color space and carrying out one dimensional LUT (lookup table) conversion processing; a filter processing section 231 for applying two-dimensional space filter processing to the image signal with the one dimensional LUT conversion applied thereto; a linear masking section 231 for applying masking processing to the image signal with the two-dimensional space filter processing applied thereto; and a three-dimensional LUT section 233 for applying three-dimensional LUT conversion processing to the image signal with to the masking processing applied thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
