<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily make a contact in the case of abnormality of a person to be monitored. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal which is carried with the person to be monitored and transmits location information to a monitoring device via a communication network, includes: a GPS receiving section for receiving a GPS signal transmitted from a GPS satellite and positioning location information; a location information storage section for storing the location information obtained by the GPS receiving section; an SNR measuring section for calculating a strength of the GPS signal; an SNR threshold storage section for storing a threshold of a preset SNR; a control section for detecting that abnormality occurs in the person to be monitored based on the SNR calculated by the SNR measuring section and the threshold; and a warning processing section for transmitting to the monitoring device the location information stored in the location information storage section and personal identification information, registered in advance, of the person to be monitored if it is detected by the control section that abnormality occurs in the person to be monitored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
