<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair structure of an existing pipeline omitting time and labor for assembling a reinforcing material without using the reinforcing material and facilitating assembly and arrangement work of an inner surface material. <P>SOLUTION: Bolt insertion holes 3 are formed on the outer peripheral side of the inner surface material 2, and the axially adjacent inner surface materials 2 are joined to each other by a bolt 4 with a nut provided with an internal thread 42 in a head 41. Dovetail grooves 5 are formed at both side faces of the inner surface material 2, and the circumferentially adjacent inner surface materials 2 are joined by a connecting member 6 provided with dovetail parts 61 on both sides.
