<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste composition not deteriorating mechanical strength nor adhesiveness of electrodes even if a silicon semiconductor board is made thinner, capable of substantially attaining a desired BSF effect, and capable of restraining deformation (warping) of the silicon semiconductor board after baking, as well as an electrode formed with the use of the composition and a solar battery element equipped with the electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The paste composition, for forming an electrode on the silicon semiconductor board 1, includes aluminum powder, an organic vehicle, and whisker insoluble or hardly soluble to the organic vehicle, the whisker mixed beforehand with the aluminum powder and the organic vehicle. The solar battery element is provided with the electrode 5 formed by coating the paste composition of the above characteristics on the silicon semiconductor board 1 and baking it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
