<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed rolling bearing capable of sufficiently securing sealability and durability against muddy water, even when used in an environment of becoming the high temperature, when the muddy water scatters. <P>SOLUTION: A bearing space between an inner race 1 and an outer race 2 is sealed by inside and outside two contact seals 5 and 6, and an elastic member 5b for forming a seal lip 5c of the inside contact seal 5, is formed of acrylic rubber superior in heat resistance and oil resistance, particularly superior in the oil resistance at the high temperature, and the muddy water is cut off by a seal lip 6c of the outside contact seal 6, to prevent the muddy water from sticking to a sliding contact part of the inside contact seal 5. and to prevent the inside contact seal 5 for directly sealing the temperature rising bearing space from deteriorating by contacting with grease A at the high temperature, and the sealability and the durability against the muddy water can be sufficiently secured even when used in the environment of becoming a high temperature atmosphere when the muddy water scatters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
