PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a log when operating an apparatus to be operated, which is connected to a remote access server by accessing the remote access server from a remote access client. SOLUTION: A computer for acquiring an audit trail log is made to function as a packet collection module 311 for collecting even packets whose destination addresses are not self-addresses, a type determination module 312 for determining whether a packet is a log-in packet, a log-out packet or a KVM (keyboard video mouse) related packet, an analysis module 314 for analyzing a packet and acquiring information necessary for reconfiguration and information necessary for association when the packet is any of the log-in packet, the log-out packet and the KVM related packet, a reconfiguration module 315 for reconfiguring data divided into a plurality of packets, an association module 316 for associating the reconfigured data with user information, and a file outputting module 317 for outputting the data associated with the user information as a file.
